Krista Grimmett-Adams
President
Krista Grimmett-Adams is very excited to be your guide through the local DMV community theater scene! Back in the go-go 1980s, she attended the HBCU Hampton University where she majored in Speech Communications and Theater Arts. Krista has performed in and worked on numerous theatrical productions here in the US and abroad including Raisin, To Kill a Mockingbird, For Colored Girls, Steel Magnolias, Ain’t Misbehavin’, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Medea, Into the Woods, Cabaret, Jesus Christ Superstar, Joe Turners Come and Gone, Dreamgirls and many more! As a strong advocate for local art community, she has supported many local causes and volunteered her time to several theaters in the DC area. She lives in Old Town Alexandria with her amazing husband Eric Adams and truly believes we can all come together if we look to the heart in our artistic world!
